We want you to enjoy all the warmth, comfort and amenities of home. Choose the floor plan that best suits your needs and then either furnish your new home with your own cherished belongings or use furnishings from the Vineyard's collection.
A simple rental plan gives you solid value for your money. Our menu of services allows you to choose those services which best suit your needs, and you pay only for those you need.

NOTE:There is a move-in-fee of $600 on semi-private units, $1000.00 on private units, and $1200.00 on suites, which is non-refundable.
Residents requiring assistance with daily tasks beyond the basic assisted living services will be evaluated by a nurse or doctor to determine their level of care. The following charges are added to the basic rate.
